Join us for a peaceful yoga session in our space, led by sister Sofia who specializes in group pilates/yoga. Welcome to all levels of experience!
This event is first come, first serve and will be capped at 25 sisters.
To cover instructor fees, the class fee will be $8, via cash or Zelle (info@sacredrootscommunity.org).
We kindly ask you to bring your own yoga mat!
